You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

🔄 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@cartxpress.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if item is damaged or wrong)

Wait for our support team to approve the return and share return instructions

Ship the item back to the address provided (shipping at your cost unless the item was incorrect/damaged)
💸 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered products. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
