At CartXpress, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

📦 Non-returnable items:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Personal care or hygiene products (due to safety reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@cartxpress.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if item is damaged or wrong)

  3. Wait for our support team to approve the return and share return instructions

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided (shipping at your cost unless the item was incorrect/damaged)


💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered products. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can initiate a return after delivery.
