1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

✔ Net Banking
✔ Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location but typically takes 3–7 business days.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order on our website under the “Track Order” section.


5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us immediately at support@cartxpress.com or on WhatsApp. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon!


8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.


9. Is it safe to shop at CartXpress?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment details are protected.
